MADISON-Monique Allen, age 30, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017. She was born on June 29, 1987, in Madison, the daughter of Kelly (Keith) Pietsch and Mark (Patti) Allen. Monique loved her family above all, she was fiercely loyal and moved to her own beat. She made her own way in life and followed her own rules. Monique was vibrant and spunky. She loved music and loved to sing. Her children were her greatest pride. Monique is survived by her parents; children, Kaedan Gilmore, Kiandra Muhammad and Kylah McConnell; sisters, Tayler (Ryan Pahmeier) Allen and Kylie Pietsch; step-mother, Mary Gilmore; grandparents, Paul (Mary) Jorstad and Tom (Linda) Doescher; aunts, Jodie (Steve) Lauson, Kim (Garth) Heckman and Amy Graves; and other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at CITY CHURCH, 4909 E. Buckeye Rd, at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, 2017. Visitation will be held at church from 1 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family for a memorial to be determined.
