"From the Tobias family next door. Heather Court neighbors of 53 years to Our dear friend Izzy and the late Charlie. My late Mother Mary and my still living Father Mark, myself Mark Jr and my Brother Blake are deeply sad-end by the lose of Izzy. My Father showed true sadness as he is getting on in years and has seen his close friends passing on. Charlie and Izzy were the kindest and best neighbors anyone could have ever hoped for. From caring for our cats when we vacationed to just being there when you needed a friend. My brother and I have always helped C & I with shoveling snow, and yard work and were always generously rewarded. Their Halloween treats and Christmas cookies were always top notch also. We will always remember Izzy as the quiet and calm character of the duo and was happy to here his voice one last time just two days before his passing as my Father and Izzy still discussed what was going on in the neighborhood. The neighborhood, Heather Court will not be the same. God Bless you Izzy! And the remaining family and friends... "
