Loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Brother. Passed away peacefully on September 23, 2017. Richard was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Preceded in death by parents & 6 siblings. Survived by loving wife of 69 years, Gertrude; children, Jennifer (Jerry) Granrud, Laura Haseman, Kevin (Brenda); grandchildren, Vanessa Granrud, Matthew Haseman, Bart Schnell, Josh Keeling; 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Alice Starkman, Keith Keeling; many nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.
A Celebration of Richard's Life 11 AM Thursday, September 28th with visitation one hour prior at Roberts Family Life Celebration Home, 555 SW Centennial Drive, Forest Lake. Interment, Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association.
