MUSCATINE, Iowa - Susan M. Morgan, 61, of Muscatine, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017, at Unity Point Hospital - Muscatine.
Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Steve Cauley will officiate. Casket bearers will be Danny Ahlf, Jason Madden, Chad Morgan, Andy Morgan, Chad Hunter, and J. D. Hunter. Burial will take place in Conesville Cemetery. Susan was born on July 19, 1956, in Iowa City, the daughter of Leo and Mildred Walker Hora. She married Todd Morgan on May 4, 1991, in Muscatine.
She worked at Service Master and later at Premier Estates. She was a member of AARP and loved her family and friends, being with her grandchildren, and enjoyed crafts.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, Todd Morgan of Muscatine; three sons, Larry Ford and wife, Lindsey, of Oakville, Randy Ford of Wapello, and Jerry Ford and wife, Koda, of Grandview; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandson; her mother Mildred Hora of Bennett; one brother, John Hora and wife, Joyce, of Columbus Junction; and three sisters, Dianna Tinkle of Conesville, Judy Kauffman and husband, Greg, of Muscatine, and Bobbie Guill and husband, Rich, of Bennett.
She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Jimmie Hora.
