In loving memory of

Chase Andrew Merchlewitz
November 26, 1988 - October 11, 2017

Chase Merchlewitz, 28 of Stockton, died suddenly doing something he loved, playing at a casino on October 11, 2017. He is the son of Barb and Frank Merchlewitz of Stockton, Mn. He is survived by 13 brothers and sisters; Billie (Don) Dittrich of Waumandee, Bobbie (Mark) Stone of Lewiston, Frank Jr. (Shelly) Merchlewitz of Winona, Amy (Rob) Boutellle of Lewiston, Trampus (Becky), Josh (Shannon) Merchlewitz both from Winona, Jwana (Josh) Slavin St. Charles, Misty (Blaise) Sass of Lanesboro, Buckly (Heather) Merchlewitz of Lewiston, Codi (David) Fenstermacher of Lady Smith, Camie (Eric) Black of Winona Hunter (Mandy) Merchlewitz of Winona and Stormie (Earl) Greiner of Stockton and many nieces and nephews. Chase had many jobs during his short life from working in fast food, security, to having a lead position at the new Winona Arbys. Chase's life was cut short by choices no one could have prevented but himself. He will be remembered by many for how helpful he could be by taking his nieces and nephews to a movie or house sitting or helping run an errand. May he be at peace now and be forever playing bingo in heaven. Chase will be laid to rest at the Stockton Cemetery with a private family gathering afterwards.
Hoff Celebration of Life Center - Goodview is assisting the family with arrangements. Please share a memory of Chase and sign his online guestbook at www.hofffuneral.com.
