Connie Bonnes
December 4, 1954 - October 12, 2017

A memorial service for Connie G. Bonnes, 62, of Rochester, will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from
2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and also one hour prior to the service on Monday. Interment will be at the Hayfield Cemetery.

Connie Gillette Nelson was born on December 4, 1954 in Austin to Roland and Dorothy (Meyers) Nelson. She passed away October 12, 2017 at her home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with stomach cancer.

Connie spent her childhood in Lansing, MN and graduated from Austin High School. On September 16, 1995, she married Terry Bonnes at her parent's ranch in Lansing, MN. Connie provided daycare out of her home for 40 years. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and daycare kids. She enjoyed traveling and riding motorcycle with Terry. Christmas was Connie's favorite time of year and she always shared her love of the holiday with everyone.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Bonnes of Rochester; children, Dan (Larisa) Severson of Crosby, MN, Amy (Jason) Boche of Rosemount, MN and Shelly (Mike) Carroll of Woodbury, MN; grandchildren; Griffin, Allison, Joshua, Madison, Emily, Quinn, Teagan and honorary grandchild Grace; mother, Dorothy Nelson of Apple Valley, MN (formerly of Austin, MN); sisters, Phyllis (Dick) Trabert of Eagan, MN and Deloris (Mike) Harber of Austin, MN. She was preceded in death by her father Roland Nelson, sister Cheryl Williams and niece Michelle Williams.
