" I just learned of Stephanies passing on February 2nd and i wanted to express my deepest sympathy to Robin and Robert and the entire family. She was the sweetest girl ive ever known. And i loved her more than any girl ive ever dated, and ive known that for more than a year. We kept in touch after she moved to Iowa, and I know that she was so happy to be getting married to a great guy and i was so happy for her. I last spoke to her on Dec.1st and she was happy that i remembered that she had a birthday coming up, and im so sorry i didnt call her on the 10th to wish her a happy birthday. I want to thank the family for being so nice to me, and supporting us while we were together. I miss Stephanie so much, and i know her spirit will live with me forever. I will be traveling to Algona in the near future to say goodbye to her. Todd Morrison"

"I am sorry for the lost of your precious loved one, Stephanie. I was glad that I got to know her when you all lived down here in Lee's Summit, MO. She was a very precious person and a joy to be around. She touched my life in many ways. When her son, Ethan was born she was just indescribeably a blessing to many of us, in her faith and waiting up God to work his miracles in her and Ethan's lives. Please know that the whole family is and will continue to be in my thought and prayers. Love you all much, T.J./Tina Johnson"

"Where to begin. We will always love and cherish the times that we all had together. From the picnic where she lost her top and told us not to look to acting a fool at Fun House Pizza. We had so many great times with her and Melissa. The one thing that they had in common was their love for Ethan and each other. She will truly be missed."

"Rob, Robin, and family, I was shocked to see Stephanie's picture and obituary in the CB paper. I know it has been years since I have seen any of you, but she looks so much like that little girl that came to live with you years ago.I was trying to find an address for you guys, but can't find anything in Crescent so this will have to do. It sounds like so much has happened in your family since we last talked. Looking at the list of her siblings, obviously, you adopted a few more times, which doesn't surprise me! Please accept my heart-felt sympathy to all of you. May God keep you all strong through this difficult time."
