"Mom just shared with me the news of Larry's passing. You know he has a very special place in my heart (as does Sharon) - they helped raise us. He has always been such a cheerleader and I will miss him! Just made me believe I was so much better than I was at whatever I was doing - I just had to stick with it. Our families had fun together back in those Spring Lake days....I know even more that my dad will miss him tremendously. Much love to you all and sadly I will not be able to attend the service. Cathy"
