Crystal Gayle Thompson, age 33 of Tullahoma, passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at Harton Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Adams and brother, Bruce Adams. Survivors include her husband, James Thompson of Tullahoma; daughters, Anna Brown of Tulsa, OK and Maria Brown of Tullahoma; mother, Mary Ann Bates of Tulsa, OK; brother, Jamie Adams; and several aunts and uncles. Visitation is 5-8 PM Wednesday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 PM Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Bro. Howard Griffin officiating.
