"Roger and all,
It was with great shock and sadness that I read of Denise's passing. I only found it because I was looking for a way to contact Aunt Margaret's family because Ann told us about her passing yesterday. I am so sorry for your loss. Watching the two of you together was so wonderful and I'll never forget her patience (and yours) as you taught me to drive all those years ago. I pray the Lord and the Blessed Virgin will take you all into their loving arms and provide you with the healing and comfort I know you crave. While it isn't much, we know that Denise is now back to her "true" old self...and enjoying the comraderie of all those who were up there waiting for her. You are in our prayers. Barbara (Wilhelmi) Stewart"

"My heart goes out to you in the loss of Denise. She waged a long battle with everything which life handed her. How well I remember the good times which we had while growing up. She was such a good friend.
You are in my prayers."

"To Roger and family,
Our love and prayers are with you all. We will always be very grateful for having known Dee. She brought much laughter and joy to our lives. And, Roger, we want you to know how much it meant to us, through the years, to see what great and loving care you gave her. She loved your teasing and every so often she gave it back to you!!! You know that pleased all of us! Thanks for letting us watch real love in action..
Your friends in Oscoda
