"So sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. What a wonderful, beautiful lady! I was in Jim's graduating class at Garrigan. I remember your Mom was always so interested in we kids, always asking how we were doing and always making us feel important. She had a special way of caring for others. Now she's resting in peace in our Lord's hands, she's still guiding her entire family daily, now looking down from heaven. Sympathy and prayers to you during this difficult time. JeanAnn "

"We are sorry to hear of your loss. When I told Red tonite when he finally got in from chores, the first thing he said is she was dad's age, and yep, she was. Loved the flowers she shared with Evelyn (no. 1) Kunkel and she shared with me. I now have lost them and always thought to get more from her, but that is why we should never put off those things, and we never know. God bless all of you at this time, I know your mom is smiling up there and saying, hey I had a good life, time to rest. "
