"Lori Larsen, You may not remember me but I was one of Deacon Larsen's students at Regina. He taught me computers and theology 7th and 8th grade. I was the water boy for the varsity football team my freshman year of highschool before moving to Oklahoma. Came across this site as I was searching for people from that era and can't begin to tell you how much I admire your late husband and the fond memories I have of both of you. Please know of my utmost sympathies he was a great man and football coach. Eternal rest grant to him O Lord and may those who mourn be comforted. Chris Loftus"

Our prayers are with all of your family and if you need anything, just call, even if just to talk, Lori. Give the kids a hug for us also. I'm so sorry for all of you. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers, and that I've thought and smiled every so often when I have thought about you in the past years. Deacon Jerry Miller wrote on Sep 25, 2010:

"Lori and family: I don't even know what to say. It was Bob who convinced me to become a Deacon along with your help. He helped both Terry and I to realize that to be a Deacon was to love people. He also helped us realize that the road of the Deacon was not always easy and that Deacons often had to struggle with life, in family, in ministry and in work. "May the peace of God, which is beyond all understanding, keep your hearts and minds in the knowledge and love of God and of his Son, our Lord Jesus Christ." Our prayers are with you. Dc. Jerry and Terry Miller, Iowa City"
