Christy Dawn Butler LaCook, age 35, of Tullahoma passed away Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Southern TN Medical Center. She was employed at Wisco Envelope Company. Survivors include her husband, Richard LaCook, Jr. of Lynchburg; mother, Brenda Jolly Butler; father, William Butler and brother, Toby Butler, all of Tullahoma; maternal grandmother, Roberta Jolly of Shelbyville. She was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Joyce and Paul Martin. Visitation is 5-8 PM Monday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted 1:30 PM Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with interment at Smith Chapel Cemetery.
