"I have fond memories of Karen working the main switchboard at IBM. She always had a pleasant smile and voice as she answered those phones. Her impairment didn't stop her from doing a great job. After several years, it was a blessing to see her again at Samaritan...talking of the old times...those she worked with at the switchboard (Annie) and the many secretaries and OSC personnel - the names brought back memories to her. She will be missed....."
