Adam DeWayne Kidd
March 26, 1981 - October 31, 2017

Adam D. Kidd, 36, of Baldwin, Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday afternoon, October 31, 2017, at his home in rural Baldwin.

A natural journey farewell with cremation has taken place. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family.

Adam DeWayne Kidd was born on March 26, 1981 in Maquoketa, Iowa, to Dennis DeWayne and Kimberly Sue (Lietz) Kidd. Prior to becoming disabled, he had worked with the WALMART team in Maquoketa and Anamosa during the remodeling of their buildings.

Adam had a strong Christian faith, enjoyed woodworking and was very interested in meteorology, having his own weather Facebook page. He had a big heart and loved animals, especially his German Shepherd Sophie.

Those left to honor Adam's memory include his parents, Dennis and Kim Kidd of Baldwin, IA; a sister Heather (Bobby) Hall of Baldwin, IA; brothers Tim (Jovaletta) Kidd of Baldwin, IA, and Joshua Kidd of OH; his maternal grandparents Shirley Lietz, Ron (Sherri) Lietz, and Dee Shotwell; and 2 nieces and 2 nephews, Emmanuel, Ariana, Tyler and Kaley. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents David and Nancy Huston, his biological maternal grandfather Jim Shotwell and a brother Daniel Kidd on January 7, 2012.
