Terry Ray Lewis, age 62, of Council Bluffs, passed away November 3, 2017 at Mercy Hospital. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Bert E. and Mamie (Hemiller) Lewis; and sisters, Linda Lewis and Jackie Lihn. Survivors include his wife, Penny Fortner; daughters, Stefanie Epp and Amberley Hicks; stepdaughter, Stevie Fortner; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; brothers, Jack Lewis and Bob (Bernie) Lewis; nieces and nephews. Private family services will be held.
