MUSCATINE, Iowa - H. Robert Ule, 92, of Muscatine, passed away on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at Lutheran Living Senior Campus.
There will be no visitation or service. Private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the Muscatine Humane Society.
Robert was born on June 19, 1925, in Canada. He married Mary June Lemkau Hucke on October 17, 1954, in Muscatine. She preceded him in death on July 13, 1997.
He retired from HJ Heinz Company. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, and enjoyed playing a lot of golf and poker with his buddies.
Those left to honor his memory include a step-son, Ronald L. E. Hucke and wife, Susan, of Phoenix, Arizona, and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife; and one brother, Bill.
