DONNA - Kathy Bautista, 54, passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2017. She was born on October 25th, 1963 to Richard and Librada Morales in Alice, Texas. She had two sisters, Cindy and Pam, and one brother, Richard. The family moved to Ohio, where she spent much of her life and attended Willard High School. Shortly after high school, she met her future husband, Juan Bautista when they were working together at Buurma Farms in Ohio. They married soon and spent the rest of their lives together, raising three children, Monica, Ashley and Juan III.
Kathy worked for many years for Pepperidge Farm. They later moved back to the valley where she and Juan lived in Donna.
Kathy is preceded in death by her father, Ricardo Morales.
She is survived by her husband, Juan Bautista Jr., her daughters, Monica Bautista of Donna, Ashley Bautista of Ohio, Juan Bautista III of Weslaco, her mom, Librada Morales of Alice, sisters, Cindy Graham (Vernon) of Ohio, Pam Granneman of Las Vegas, her brother, Richard Morales Jr. (Nancy) of Ohio, her uncles, Max Garcia (Cathy+) of Ohio, Baldo Garcia (Ruth) of Robstown, Ralph Garcia (Tina) of Alice, John Garcia (Carolyn) of Ohio, her aunts, Dalia Rios (Jose+)of Agua Dulce, Olivia Robles (Santiago+) of Ohio. Flora Flores (Pablo+) of California and Fina (Victor+) Torres of California. her sister in laws, Cynthia Castillo (Joe), Diana Bautista, Rosalva Tienda (Ramon), Juanita Bautista, Belinda Bautista, all of Weslaco, her brother in law, Rolando Bautista (Sylvia), of Weslaco, grandchildren: Juan Bautista IV, Valentin Gonzalez and Laya Douglas, nieces/nephew: Jennifer, Lisa and Allison Graham, Alivia Granneman, Olivia Morales, and Andrew Morales.
