Richard A., Wiegman, 76 years of Council bluffs, passed away November 22, 2017. He was born April 29, 1941 in Scranton, Pennsylvania to the late Leon and Edna (Clark) Wiegman. He was a teacher for the Council Bluffs School System. He is survived by his wife, Konnie; his sons, David Wiegman (Kim) and Michael Wiegman (Carrie); five grandchildren; brother, Larry Wiegman; niece, Allyson and nephew, Adam. Visitation with family will be Sunday 3 to 5PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday 11AM also at the funeral home. The family will direct memorials
