Donna Marie Burkhardt age 64 of Asbury Park passed away on November 30, 2017. Donna was a special education teacher for many years, and her love of animals was infectious. She was predeceased by her father John V. Lauria of Toms River. She is survived by her mother Joan T. Lauria of Manchester. She is also survived by siblings John V. Lauria Jr. and his wife Patty, Stephen Lauria and his wife Hope, Joan Raso and her husband Carl, and Chris Lauria and his wife Lisa. Services will be private. Donations can be made to the ASPCA of Monmouth County in memory of Donna.
