Waldean Delzell Perry
April 27, 1940 - December 2, 2017

Waldean Delzell Perry, age 77 of Winchester, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2017 at her residence. She was born April 27, 1940 to the late Joe Walter Delzell and Willie Rebecca Brooks Delzell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Billie Ruth Painter. She was a retired teacher's aide at Clark Memorial School and loved golfing, reading, cooking, sewing and watching her great-grandchildren play sports. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Lewis Perry of Winchester; daughters, Jan Patton and Anne (Ricky) Payne of Winchester; stepson, Troy (Glenda) Perry of Decherd; sister, Lois Payton of Winchester; grandchildren, Lee (Jenny) Patton, Amy (Chris) Meaker and Jared (Schelby) Blair; great-grandchildren, Claire, Celeste, Micah, Kyler, Modesty, Cyrus, and Olivia; step-grandchildren, Josh and Teagen; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Monday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 1 pm Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. Ross Peterson officiating.
