"Judi,
I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. I am sure you remember me, as we went to school since kindergarten at Torrence together. I remember you and your mom very well. She worked at George Washington and my kids went to school there, so I had the pleasure of talking to her frequently. May God and good will be with you at this time, and always, to help you get through the days ahead.

"Judy and Family, Deepest sympathy to you and your family. Fran was the sweetest, and a very strong woman I knew. She was a great coach in softball while in grade school and a funny, girl scout leader, plus an all around lady. I will miss her. She was very special to my kids in grade school and always thought the world of my son Jesse who is now a great basketball player in college, that she told would be awesome some day. Our prayers are with you . God Bless you and your family . Renita Galbreath Hill & Family"

"We are so sorry to hear of Frans death. If we were not in Canada nothing would keep us away from her service. Fran was a wonderful bright spot in our time in Keokuk. When we moved there we were looking over grade schools and our children fell in love with her, they wanted to go to Washington because of her. We had many wonderful years of involvement with her at Washington and grew to love her very much. Her wonderful wit, smile and loving concern for others were a great gift. As I read her obit I could remember many stories she told me about her grandchildren and how much wonderful joy they provided her. We send our love, prayers and thanks to the family for wonderful memories! The Percells"
