Margaret Thompson, 95, Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2017. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland on June 12, 1922 to the late John and Alma (Cox) Reedy. She graduated from Beaufort South Carolina High School and attended Middle Georgia College.
Margaret sadly leaves behind a son, Bob Thompson; daughter, Peggy Stanley and her husband, Ron; grandchildren, Carissa Moser, Chelsea Humphrey, Carly Caulfield; and 7 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Thompson; sister, Elizabeth Walpole; and brother, John J. Reedy, Jr.
Friends and family are welcome to gather at the Hoosier Village Chapel, 9875 Cherryleaf Dr, Indianapolis, IN on Friday December 8th, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. with funeral services starting at 11:00 a.m. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Crown Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Margaret's name to Northminster Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
