Sharon Cumings wrote on Dec 14, 2017:

"Todd was a loving husband, a great father and was a very kind young man. I did not know him that well but what I did know about him was that he was kind, loving and generous with his heart. Heaven has gained an angel and I pray God's grace and loving kindness for the family he reluctantly left behind. I pray too that God showers Noelle, his babies and his entire family with the peace that passes all understanding as this sad time. I pray that they know he is still with them in their hearts, thoughts and memories until we are reunited on Heavens shore. RIP Bubba!"
