"Dear family of Lu Ann, You have my sincere condolences. Cheryl told me of her sudden passing. So sad to hear the news. I always laughed so hard when "the girls" would all get together...the trips, card games, cabin treks. It seems like a long time ago, but really not. We had so many fun times. I have truly been blessed to have made these memories. You will always be in my heart. Cyndee Engfer "

"Lulu always welcomed everyone with a hug and always said "toodles" when someone left. She had so much energy that no one but the grandkids and great-grandkids could keep up with her, She was always sewing, crocheting, making shell gifts or baking something special. As mentioned, she loved to play cards and games. In fact, as we played Farkle, we were afraid to sit next to her. If she got a great shake, she would get so excited, those next to here would be black and blue. There was always a sparkle in her eyes and a smile on her face. You always felt loved around Lulu. She will be missed. "
