"You taught me everything I know about writing and storytelling and it has brought me any success I have had in my adult life. The ability to be honest and unapologetical when writing things that are personal and more autobiography driven is something that you instilled in me from a young age, as well as a love for theatre. You're always with me, although we are not alike in many ways. Your quiet kindness and consideration for everyone around you impacts me on a daily level. The way you treated my mother as your own child was probably the kind of complete and unconditional love she never truly got to experience before meeting you. You taught her things about motherhood that I am sure she carried with her and utilized when raising the four of us. I love and miss you, Grandma. You were always a safe haven to me. "
