Betty Elias
January 8, 1943 - December 20, 2017

Betty L Elias, 74, passed away peacefully on December 20th at her home in Pine Island, MN under the care of Heartland Hospice Services.
She was born January 8, 1943 in Grand Forks, ND, daughter of the late Robert Brown and Beatrice (Weir) Brown. On August 25, 1991, she married Steve Elias. He survives. Among her favorite pastimes, she enjoyed shopping and trips with good friend Lorraine, playing bingo with Eileen, Arlene, Ronna and her many other friends, doing puzzles, and spending time with her friends and family.
Survivors include, sisters; Linda Neumiller, Grand Forks, ND, Tammy Dickenson, Grand Forks, ND, Nancy Beggs Wills Point, TX, brother; Rob Brown Colorado Springs, CO, two children; Sue Bolf (Bob) Schofield, WI and Pete Hilman (Michelle) Mosinee, WI; 7 grandchildren; Spencer Bolf, Tony Hilman (Amber), Brooke Howe (Josh), Kendra Hilman, Kelly Smith (Ryan), Krista Knight (Dave), Jason Elias and 7 great-grandchildren Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Judi, brothers Pat and Bob, son John Anthony, and son Jason.
The Funeral Service will be celebrated at Rochester Assembly Church in Rochester on Friday, December 29th at 10:30 am. Pastors Jim Filbeck, Floyd O'Brien and Eric Westlake will preside. Burial will be in Rochester at the Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes on Thursday, December 28th from 4-7pm and Friday, December 29th from 9:30-10:30am at the church.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the many friends and pastors who came to visit or called to talk with Betty and express their love and support. Kelly, Dori, Linda, Robert and the staff at Heartland Hospice for your visits and the wonderful care you gave to Betty over the past few months.
