Beverly Jane Harwick, 84, of Rochester, passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Edenbrook of Rochester.
Beverly was born September 13, 1933 in Waltham, MN to Walter and Pearl (Baumgartner) Bjork. Her family then moved to Rochester. On March 13, 1951, Beverly married Calvin Harwick in Dothan, Alabama. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Beverly enjoyed traveling and she and Calvin traveled coast to coast, border to border. She also enjoyed crocheting in her earlier years.
Beverly is survived by her husband of 66 years, Calvin; children, Steve (Sherri) Harwick of Rochester, Leann Parker of Ramsey, MN, Robert Harwick of Rochester; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Pamela Kingsley of Rochester; brothers, Kenneth (Layla) Bjork of Long Beach, CA, Warren (Judy) Bjork and Tim (Carol) Bjork all of Rochester. Beverly was preceded in death by her brother, Donald and her parents, Walter and Pearl.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 222 6th Ave. SW, Rochester, with Pastor Scott Schilbe officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
