Marjorie Jean Boyle, 87 of Glenwood, IA, passed away December 27, 2017 at the Tabor Manor Care Center. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at the funeral home.

Marjorie Jean Boyle was born on February 22, 1930 in Nebraska City, Nebraska, the daughter of Robert R. and Violet A. (Reeve) McCowan. She graduated from Omaha South High School and worked as a sales manager in direct marketing.
Marjorie was married to Richard Lang and later to William Boyle. She has made her home in Glenwood, Iowa for over 25 years and was a member of the United Church of Christ. Marjorie enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling throughout the United States and Canada.
Marjorie passed away at the Tabor Manor Care Center in Tabor, Iowa on December 27, 2017, at the age of 87 years, 10 months, and 5 days. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband William Boyle; daughter Susan; and brother Robert.
Marjorie is survived by her son Richard Lang and his wife Brenda of Glenwood; five grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
