Sharon Kay LaRue, 74, of Mason City, formerly of Hampton, passed away, January 2, 2018, at the Monroe Manor in Barron, Wisconsin. She was born April 14, 1943, in Thornton, Iowa, to Clifford and Ruby (Brunner) Barker. Sharon graduated from Sheffield-Chapin High School in Sheffield, Iowa. She was retired from Con Agra Foods. Sharon was affiliated with the Methodist Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, Rendezvous Club and colleting Coca Cola items. She is survived by Allen (Jennifer) of New Auburn, Wisconsin, Opal (Cecil) Smith of Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin, Marie (Delbert) Norman of Iowa Falls, Charles (Kaya) Barker of Gulliver, Michigan, Ester (Don) Wagner of Columbus, Georgia, Robert Barker of Hampton, nieces and nephews. Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and brother Oscar Barker.
