Natalie Meek
March 8, 1924 - January 4, 2018

Natalie Inez Meek, age 93, of Rochester, Minnesota passed away on January 4, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.

Natalie was born March 8, 1924 in International Falls, Minnesota, the daughter of Don and Bernice (Hawkins) Pettis. She attended high school in International Falls. She then went to work in the shipyards of Superior, Wisconsin during WWII. Natalie moved to Winona, Minnesota and attended beauty school. She was united in marriage to Marlin Meek in 1948. They enjoyed many years traveling in their camper and were charter members of The Roamers Camping Club.

Natalie would enjoy her weekly Sunday family day at HyVee Crossroads with her daughter, Linda, granddaughter, Kim and great grandsons, Nick and Nate. She enjoyed singing, playing bingo and visiting with friends and family.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Ward of Rochester; son, David (and Cheryl) Meek of Rochester; Natalie is also survived by her grandchildren, Kim Gustine of Rochester, Kevin Ward of Oregon, Ryan (Lynda) Meek of Woodbury, Jason (Kate) Meek of St. Paul and Melissa LaRock (Ron Henrichs) of Northfield. And great-grandchildren, Nick Gustine (Bethany Waldman), Nate Gustine, Garak Ward, Cerys & Emmerys Meek, Henry Meek and Madison, Melia and David-James LaRock.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marlin (1982); son, Paul Meek.

A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes in Rochester, MN with visitation one hour prior to the service.
