Ramona Yarrison
May 20, 1960 - January 4, 2018

EDCOUCH - Ramona Lynn Yarrison, 57, passed away in the comfort of her home on Thursday, January 4, 2018. She was born on May 20, 1960, in Houston to Larry and Mary (Lamb) Glosser.

She married the love of her life, Joe Richard Yarrison, on December 22, 1979, in Katy. In 1980 she graduated from Memorial City Hospital School of Nursing and pursued this passion all over Texas, from Houston to Victoria and Harlingen. Together, Mona and Joe started a small HVAC company and lived a life full of love and simple pleasures. She enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Mona was an intelligent, strong-willed, resilient and passionate person. Above all, she was a loving and caring mother and wife. She reminded everyone she touched of the simple joys of life, of taking time to cherish moments and soaking in the memories that forever live in our hearts.

Left to honor and remember her love is her husband Joe; two children, Steven (Sandra) Yarrison; Amanda (Jake) Busse; two grandchildren, Tyler Busse & Sebastian Yarrison; a sister, Cyndi Barela; and several nieces and nephews.

Family, friends, and others whose lives Mona touched are invited to McCaleb Funeral Home on Monday, January 8th, 2018 from 3 pm to 9 pm, the family will be present from 5 pm to 7 pm. Chapel service will be held on Tuesday, January 9th, 2018, 10 am at McCaleb Funeral Home in Weslaco with interment to follow at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of McCaleb Funeral Home of Weslaco.
