Joyce E. Ross
December 2, 1928 - January 8, 2018

Stoughton- Joyce E. Ross, age 89, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2018. She was born in Wausau on December 2, 1928, the daughter of James and Marie Callahan. Joyce graduated from Wausau High School. On July 8, 1950 she married Edmund (Rozmenoski) Ross in Wausau. Together they lived in Wausau and Fond du Lac before settling in Stoughton. Joyce worked at Nygaard's Nursing Home and Skaalen Home before her retirement. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and reading, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Joyce enjoyed travelling to visit friends and family, especially in the Woodruff area. She loved attending the Marathon County Fair where she was able to visit with lots of family. Joyce is survived by her husband of 67 years, Ed; six children, Lynnette Wolfe, Kathleen Ross, Mark Ross, Patty (Bob) Muller, Laurie Ross, and Terence (Karen) Ross; two daughters-in-law, Diane Ross and Cheryl Ross; 15 grandchildren, Nathan (Carrie), Andy (Amy), Heidi, Niki, Rozalin, Eddie, Betsy, Matt, Kate, Kelly (Gary), Kristen (Mike), Allison, Stephanie (Kyle), Melissa, and James; 14 great grandchildren; seven siblings, Joan Callahan, Tommy Callahan, Jean (Joe) Lella, Judy Krueger, Jackie Kroll, Jimmy Callahan, and Jay Callahan; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Jeffrey and Edward; son-in-law, Alex Vukolov; grandson, Timothy Wolfe; and two brothers-in-law, Will Krueger and Bob Kroll. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at St. Ann Catholic Church, 323 N. Van Buren Street, Stoughton, with Fr. Randy Budnar officiating. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a reception, following the burial, in the church fellowship hall. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the time of services at church on Saturday. Memorials may be made to St. Ann Parish. A special thank you to the staff of Stoughton Hospital, to Fr.
