Debby Boyken
November 13, 1961 - January 11, 2018

Mrs. Boyken, age 56, of Meridian, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 peacefully after a hard fought battle with cancer.

Debby was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. She graduated from Heritage Christian High School. Her dream of becoming a flight attendant was achieved. Debby flew for Midway Airlines and US Airways Express. In May of 2000 she received her dream job flying for NetJets Aviation. This allowed her to see the world and provide world class service.

Debby was a member of Northpark Church and loved the Lord. She was a dedicated Christian and knew she was going to heaven. She blessed others with her smile and her contagious laugh.

She is survived by her husband, Ed Boyken; children, Victoria Van Drunen (Jonathan) and Kyle Boyken; mother, Carol Willavage of Kokomo, Indiana; adoptive father, George Bridwell, who adopted her when she was eight years old; sisters, Nikki Jo Bridwell and Charisse Wyatt; and brother, Thomas Bridwell.

She was preceded in death by her biological father, Albert "Al" Brandlein.

Pallbearers will be Arvid Boyken, Gary Boyken, Kyle Boyken, Jonathan Van Drunen, Dale Jones and Bob Chiodo.

The family request that memorials be made to the Anderson Regional Cancer Center, Cancer Patient Benevolence Fund, 1704 23rd Avenue, Meridian, MS 39301.
