Frank D. Barnes, 81, of Pella, Iowa, formerly of Leeper, Pennsylvania, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday on arrival at the Pella Regional Health Center. Frank was the husband of Loretta H. (Pennington) Barnes of Pella and the father of Rev. Douglas Barnes of Pella and Frank Barnes, Jr. of New Galilee, Pennsylvania; and grandfather of eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm at Covenant Reformed Church, Pella, Iowa.
Funeral Services and Interment will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at
Lakewood Memorial, Indiana Twp., Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions are suggested for The Gideons International.
