Funeral services for Mrs. Lula Irene Killmon Myers, age 95, of Livingston, will be
conducted 2 p.m., Saturday April 29, 2017 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. Mrs. Irene Myers passed from this life at the Overton County Health & Rehab center on Thursday, April 27, 2017. She was a member of Walnut Grove Church of Christ.
Mrs. Irene Myers was born in Clay County on February 21, 1922, to the late John & Mattie Dunning Dailey. She loved being with her family, reading her bible, growing flowers and quilting.
Mrs. Irene Myers is survived by her son, Jerry Killmon of Livingston, TN; grandchildren, John J. Killmon, of Livingston, Danny Killmon, of Cookeville, TN, Jamie Killmon Norris of Livingston, TN, and special grandson Dewayne Killmon; 8 great grandchildren, 6 great, great grandchildren; brother, JB Dailey, of Nashville, TN.
Along with her parents, She is preceded in death by 1st husband, Domer Killmon; 2nd husband, Horace Myers; son, James Robert Killmon; sister, Isalee Glasscock, Ina Ruth Dailey, Pauline Young; brothers, Dale Dailey, Willie Dailey.
Pallbearers to serve are: JB Killmon, John J Killmon, Dewayne Killmon, Ronnie Killmon, Gary Killmon, Dwain Maynord
