Funeral services for Mrs. Ottie Lorine Morrow Eldridge, age 87, of the Frogtown road community will be conducted 10 a.m., Friday, June 23, 2017 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Bro. Damon Corley will officiate. Burial will be in the Coffee Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Thursday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.
Mrs. Eldridge passed from this life on Tuesday night, June 20, 2017 at the Livingston Regional Hospital, with her family at her side. She was born in Overton County, November 5, 1929 to the late William Seymore & Maggie Sevier Morrow. She worked for many years at the Lady Ann Hospital as a House Keeper. Ottie was a member of the Allons Baptist Church. She enjoyed working, her flowers, gardening, cooking, sewing & her church family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Mr. Charles Leroy "Chucky" Eldridge of Allons, TN; daughters, Patricia Ann Hopper of Allons, TN & Debra Day and husband Earl of Allons, TN; grandson, Robert Day & wife Lisa of Cookeville, TN; great granddaughter, Shawna Day of Fairchild Air Force Base in Spokane Washington; sisters, Mary Coffee of Cookeville, TN & Melvie Morrow of Lakeland FL; brothers, Bob Morrow of Bowling Green FL & Cormel Morrow of Allons, TN.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Charles Allen Eldridge; brothers, Lonzo Morrrow & Elvis Morrow.
Pallbearers to serve are Vance Williams, Bruce Seber, Earl Day, Kenny Gilliam, Robert Day & Dale Day.
