Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Sue Ledbetter Brown, age 70, of Livingston will be conducted 4 p.m., Monday, July 3, 2017, from the West End Church of Christ, where her body will lie-in-state from 10 a.m. until time of services at 4 p.m. Bro. Kerry Duke will officiate. Burial will be in the Bethel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 8 p.m. at Speck Funeral Home.

Mrs. Brown passed from this life at her home on Saturday morning, July 1, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Monticello Kentucky on July 3, 1946 to the late Ray & Eula Mae Thompson Ledbetter. She was a member of the West End Church of Christ and a Housewife. She married the love of her life in 1962 and started her family. Barbara loved her birds, flowers and jewelry. She loved spending time with all of her family. She had a great eye for the arts and enjoyed painting & coloring.

Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Mr. Varnie Brown of Livingston, TN; son, David Brown of Livingston, TN; daughters, Sandie Burchett & husband Ted of Albany Ky, Donna Beason & husband Darrell of the Heard Ridge Community & Gina Danner & husband Rick of Hilham, TN; grandchildren, Whitney Burch & husband Mike, Tessa Keltner & husband Jason, Andrea Beason Melton & husband Travis, Zachary Beason & wife Lilly, Halie Beason, Chloe Beason, Josh Danner & wife Kandra & Jordan Danner & wife Rachael; great grandchildren, Callie Burch, Addie Burch, Storm Keltner, Kainon Melton, Koy Melton, Lettie Mae Melton, Axle Beason, Korah & Karoline Danner; sisters, Doris Isabell, Vicki Garrett, Mary Gore & Shelia Christian; also several neices and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters, Virginia Jones, Nina Spears & Minnie Rose Ledbetter; brothers, James Ledbetter & Joe Spears.

Pallbearers to serve are Josh Danner, Jordan Danner, Zachary Beason, Ted Burchett, Darrell Beason & Rick Danner.
