Mr. Wayne Allen Berg, age 66, of Hilham passed peacefully from this life on Monday evening, August 28, 2017 at his home. Wayne was born August 5, 1951 in Billings Montana, to the late Hilmer Harley & Etta Lou Ayers Berg.
Wayne loved and enjoyed his stewardship of his third generation farm in Hilham. He always looked forward to the summers where he would come down and visit his grandparents, and later in life, his parents on the farm. Wayne served his country in the Army carrying on a family tradition. He held several degrees and was proud of his accomplishments. He worked for many years as a senior marketing officer for Aetna Health Insurance. His passion was golfing and keeping an impeccable yard.
He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Mrs. Linda Vitagliano Berg of Hilham, TN; sons, Wayne Berg Jr. of Cincinnati, OH & Shawn Dryden of Hilham, TN; daughter, Amy Dryden of Cincinnati, OH.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Loyd Berg & grandparents, Herman E. & Nannie Cooper Ayers.
