Graveside services for Mrs. Stella Ledbetter Brooks, age 68, of Livingston, will be conducted 10 a.m., September 16, 2017 at the Copeland Cemetery on Conaster Lane located in the Oak Grove Community. Bro. Denny Bullock will officiate. The family will welcome visitors at the time of the service.
Mrs. Brooks passed from this life on Wednesday evening, September 13, 2017 at Signature Healthcare in Algood. Mrs. Stella was born in Overton County to the late Elmo & Betty Wallace Ledbetter. Stella enjoyed watching television, especially soap operas.
She is survived by son, Jamie Presley and wife Patricia of Livingston,TN; daughter, Christy Presley and husband Michael Child of Livingston,TN; step-daughters, Sharon Watkins of Livingston,TN, Debbie Jo Presley of Livingston,TN, and Tammy Wilborn of Hilham,TN; brother, Bruce Ledbetter and wife Rita of Livingston,TN; sisters, Sue Bullock and husband Denny of Rickman,TN and Aretha Winningham and Dewayn of Livingston,TN.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Brooks and an infant son.
