Funeral services for Mr. Joshua "Josh" Alsip, age 29, of Livingston will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, September 23, 2017 from the Livingston First Baptist Church. Bro. Bobby Sebastion, Bro. Caleb Bowling & Bro. Chris Sparkman will officiate. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at the Livingston First Baptist Church.
Mr. Alsip passed from this life on Monday evening, September 18, 2017 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center. Josh was born September 13, 1988 in Bluffton, IN to Randall Wiley & Kristi Joe Adams Alsip. Josh worked as a certified auto tech mechanic. Josh loved everything about cars & music. His favorite bands were Santana & ZZ Top. He played the guitar, harmonica & liked to sing. He also enjoyed the lake and going muddin with his friends.
He is survived by his parents, Randall & Kristi Alsip of Livingston, TN; brother, Ethan Alsip & wife Jessica of Livingston, TN; sister, Ginny Caudle & husband Mark of South Bend, IN; fianc, Kelsey Gooch of Livingston, TN; niece, Brittany Kinsey & husband Travis, Jordan Caudle, Gerryn Caudle; nephews, Alexander Caudle, Jake Caudle, Joshua Dodson, Noah Dodson & soon to be, Luke Alsip.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William & Frona Alsip & Robert & Mary Adams & niece Mada Caudle.
Pallbearers to serve are Ehtan Alsip, Sam Carpenter, Jared Carpenter, Logan Carpenter, Jake Caudle & John Eldridge.
