Mr. Eugene A. Steffens, age 88, of Livingston passed from this life on Saturday evening, September 30, 2017 at the Overton County Health & Rehab Center, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Eugene was born in Chicago, IL on April 22, 1928 to the late Sylvester & Violet Steffens.
Eugene is survived by his wife, Zolonia Mayer Steffens of Livingston, TN; daughters, Virginia Cessor of Burbank, CA, Jeanie Lechty of the Woodlands, TX, step-daughter, Jeanette Dalton of Rochchester Hills, MI; son, Robert Steffens of Prairie Village, Kansas; 4 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his brother, Leroy Steffens.
