Ensley Solomon Dodson

Mr. Ensley Solomon Dodson, age 93, of Rickman passed from this life on Saturday evening, September 30, 2017 at his home in Rickman. He was born in Hilham, on November 20, 1923 to the late Henry Edgar & Daisy Brown Dodson.
Ensley served his country in the ARMY during WWII. He returned home and married several years later to love of his life Ms. Mary Magdalene Hawkins. They met on the square in Livingston where he worked and formed a realationship that would carry them through the rest of his life. Ensley loved fishing, the Boston Red Sox & UT Football. He also enjoyed wood working and metal fabrication.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Mrs. Mary Madgalene Dodson of Rickman, TN; sister-in-laws, Ina Ledbetter & husband Junior, Thelma Sullivan & husband Dallas, Brenda Massengille & Maxine Ramsey; brother-in-law, Bobby Hawkins & wife Geneva; also several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his twin brohter, Merlyn S. Dodson; brother, Glen Dodson & sister, Winnie Dodson Laycock.
