Funeral services for Mrs. Reba Imogene Vance Poston, age 90, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Saturday, November 11, 2017 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Okolona Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Friday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of services.Mrs. Poston passed peacefully from this life on Tuesday morning, November 7, 2017 from the NHC Healthcare in Cookeville. She was born March 24, 1927 in Overton County to the late Bryan Stella Maxwell Vance. She attended Rocky Mound School. She worked in her younger years as a seamstress in Livingston, and in her later years was a housewife. She was a member of the Livingston Assembly of God. Imogene could do anything she set her mind to and had many talents. She had a green thumb for flowers and plants and made wonderful works of art with her needle and thread and paintbrush.She is survived by her daughter, Martha Poston Ashley husband Greg of Lenoir City, TN; sons, David Poston wife Julie of Illinois, Mark Poston wife Anna of Livingston, TN Joel Poston wife Suella of Livingston, TN; 11 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David "D.T." Thomas Poston Sr.; grandson, Danny Poston; great granddaughter, Marlee Marie Poston; sister, Mary Ruth Vance Young brothers, Fowler, Lewis, Harold Keith Vance.
