Norman J. Ferrell
December 26, 1938 - January 26, 2018

Funeral services for Mr. Norman J. Ferrell, age 79, of the Hardys Chapel Community will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, January 29, 2018 from the chapel of Speck Funeral Home in Livingston. Bro. Norman Carter will officiate. Burial will be in the Overton County Memorial Gardens. The family will welcome friends on Sunday evening 4 to 8 p.m. and on Monday 10 a.m. until time of services.

Mr. Ferrell passed from this life on Friday morning, January 26, 2018, from Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born December 26, 1938 to the late Vadus and Lucille Ryan Ferrell. He was a retired machine technician at auto parts mfg. He was Christian in faith. He loved playing music, horses, and roping.

He is survived by his daughters, Tammy Ferrell of the Hardys Chapel Community & Amy Morgan & husband Jeremy of the Hardys Chapel Community; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Special friend Jay Warren.

Pallbearers to serve are Josh Anderson, Brandon Anderson, Tyler Anderson, Brett Novicoff, Jay Warren, Dr. Jim Nelson. Honorary pallbearers are Bill Warren, Bub Stockton, Gerald Peterman, Bob White, Terry Allen, Jeff Stubblefield, and Randy Brewer.
