Funeral services for Miss. Sarah Gladys Kernell age 102, of the Taylors Crossroads Community will be conducted at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 17, 2016, from the Livingston Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Randy Maynord will officiate. Burial will be in the Fellowship Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Saturday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at the Livingston Funeral Home Chapel.

Mrs. Kernell passed from this life in the comfort of her granddaughters home on Friday morning, April 15, 2016. She was born in Overton County on March 10, 1914 to the late Harrison & Ella Mae Reagan Kernell. She was a homemaker. Her enjoyments was gardening, quilting, cooking & most of all her grandchildren & great grandchildren.

She is survived by her grandchildren, Tonya R. Sells & husband Denny of Monroe, Stacia N. Roberson & husband Brian of Allons & Kevin Ledbetter of Knoxville; great-grandchildren, Sara K. Sells, Shaina N. Sells, Hannah L. Roberson, Jacob A. Roberson & Bella Mae Roberson.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Shernie Ledbetter & husband Kenneth; brother, Jessie Kernell; sisters, Agnes Kernell & Vestie Wright & special friend, Ward Hampton Taylor "Hamp".

Pallbearers to serve are Bryan Johnson, Ricky Reeder, Ryan Meadows, Frank Owenby & Danny Reagan Jr.
