Clarence A. "Bob" Allen age 88 of James Allen Ln. in Hilham, TN passed Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Livingston Regional Hospital.
He was born April 3, 1926 in Overton Co., TN to Occie C. Allen and Hattie (Haney) Allen. He was of the Baptist faith and a construction worker.
Bob is survived by his Wife: Rita (Hammons) Allen- Hilham, TN ; (3) Daughters: Janice Wright and Husband: Donnie - Florida , Shelia Hasting and Husband: Jim - Cookeville, TN and Carol Decker - Hilham, TN ; (3) Sons: Jesse Grasty and Wife: Virginia- Livingston, TN , Jason Johnson - Georgia and Ryan Johnson - Hilham, TN ; (1) Sister-In-Law: Myrtle Allen- Hilham, TN ; (17) Grandchildren , (27) Great Grandchildren and (4) Great Great Grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Parents: Occie and Hattie Allen ; (1) Daughter: Debbie Walker ; (3) Sisters: Dimple Coffman, Wiltha Coffman and Lassie Pryor ; (4) Brothers: Estell Allen, Jay Allen, Leonard Allen and Dock Allen.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. from the Livingston Funeral Home with Bro. John Preece officiating and burial in Allens Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M
