Funeral Services for Mr. Ralph Phillips, age 80, of Livingston will be conducted 2 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Grant Pennington Bro. Eugene McCowan will officiate. Burial will be in the Harris Chapel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 9 p.m. at the Livingston Funeral Home.Mr. Phillips passed from this life on Monday evening, December 11, 2017 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born in Overton County on March 30, 1937 to the late Millard Letta Phillips. He was a Logging Truck Driver for many years. He was a member of the House of Faith Church in Livingston. Ralph loved being with his family, enjoyed his ham radio, going fishing rabbit hunting.Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Gaye Nell Phillips of Rickman, TN; sons, Harold Phillips wife Kathy of Cookeville, TN, Ricky Phillips wife Linda of Rickman, TN Randy Phillips of Livingston, TN; daughter, Lora Michelle Carr of Lebanon, TN; step-daughter, Lisa Cantrell husband of Kevin of Cookeville, TN; step-son, Caleb Carr wife Jennifer of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren, Ben Phillips, Savanna Rich, Courtney Hamilton, Nikki Haliburton, Amber Anderson, Megan Lawson, Katie Carr Eli Carr; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, Roy Phillips wife Gloria of Monterey, TN; sisters, Ruth Wilson of Monterey, TN Felma Swafford of Cookeville, TN;In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by his late wife, Lora Mae Swallows Phillips; brother, Roland Phillips Doyle Phillips; sisters, Auda Mae Wilson, Meadie Harris Zelma Presley.Pallbearers to serve are Cory Hamilton, Matthew Rich, Stanley Anderson, Donald Harris, Richard Wilson Ian Pass.
