Funeral services for Mrs. Annie L. Watkins age 78, of Monroe will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from the chapel of the Livingston Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Maynord officiating. Burial will be in the Philander Smith Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Monday evening from 5 until 8 p.m.
Mrs. Watkins passed from this life on Monday Morning, December 19th, 2016 at the Overton County Health and Rehab center. She was born in Overton County on July 3, 1938 to the late Vadus Lee Sells and Mollie (Smith) Sells. She attended the Independence Community Church.
She is survived by her Brother, Ralph Sells of Monroe, Tn., Niece Karen Sells Daniels of Livingston, TN; Great Nieces, Jessica Webb of Cookeville, TN and Molly Daniels of Livingston; Great Great Nephew, Tyler Webb and Great Great Niece, Madilyn Webb.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brothers Quitman Sells and Roy Sells.
