Funeral services for Mr. Howard Radford Cope, age 91, of Livingston are will be conducted Wednesday, December 20 at 1 p.m., from the chapel of Livingston Funeral Home. Bro. Rick Cross will officiate. Burial will be in the Amonette Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday evening from 4 until 8 p.m. Mr. Cope passed from this life in the comfort of his home on Sunday morning, December 17, 2017. He was born in Clinton County, November 1, 1926 to the late James Alexander Donna Maude Phillips Cope. Mr. Cope enjoyed his woodworking, landscaping, bluegrass music, hunting and fishing. He loved his family reunions every year at Dale Hollow. He is survived by his daughters, Wilma Rockwell husband Ray of Livingston, TN, Kathy Neal husband Mark of Livingston, TN Carol Ray of Fishers, IN; son, Johnny Cope of Hilham, Tn; brothers, Eugene Cope wife Louise of Byrdstown, TN, Wanza Cope wife Sue of Ohio Leon Cope Jan of Ohio; sister-in-laws Edan Cope of Ohio, Hilda Cope of Byrdstown, Daisy Johnson of Ohio, Linda Cisco of Cookeville; 10 grandchildren 24 great grandchildren 2 great great grandsons.In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Claborn Cope; son Lester Cope; grandson Jamie Cope; daughter-in-law, Marcia Geesling Cope; sister Gladys Cope; brothers, Chat, John L., James Dee Cope.Pallbearers to serve are Haden Beasley, Timothy Poore, Isacc Stewart, D.J. Massengille, Jason Cope Mason Beasley.Honorary Pallbearers to serve are Braeden Allen, Joe Ray, Steven Ray, James Biauce, Kaleb Biauce Tyler Cates.
